About how to search

I'm looking for any threads about stiff-man syndrome or stiff-person syndrome, also known as Moersch-Woltman syndrome. It's a rare condition but I know someone who has it.

I'm not having much luck with the search function. Maybe there just aren't any posts about it.

I'd appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks! I wasn't looking for any one thread in particular but hoping to find an ongoing discussion with some information. I thought I recalled that there was a forum on this topic, and sure enough, there was.
