Desperate for advice for my sister

My sister - 25yo has been experiencing sudden onset "seziures" after a serious/traumatic car accident (no major physical injuries outside of bumps, bruises, and body pain) Previous to accident no issues of this sort (a completely normal, hard-working, outgoing, beautiful young lady) only existent issue has been since early adolescence she has had headaches/migraines.

We know, or shall I say, have been told that these "seizures" or "episodes" show no signs of epilepsy. The presentation of these "seizures" seem to have progressed in severity. She has had issues with her hands and feet being affected long term (her toes almost are curling under of her feet causing issues walking as seen in video 3) and recently she has been having issues standing straight up because of weakness in her back (video 3).

Myself and my family are really at a loss at this point, all we want is for her to get better and move on with her life.

I'm beginning to think that these may not be seizures at all? Could this be an auto-immune response?

I am sorry I have no advice for you, but I thought I should let you know that your videos won't play, at least not for me.

I also wish your sister the best and hope she makes a full recovery.

I was able to look at the videos, and am so sorry your sister has been having these episodes. You don't mention what she is like when not having the episodes--is she free of symptoms at times when she's not having the episodes, or are the episodes more or less a constant thing?

We're not medical professionals here, and I'm assuming she's been checked over by a neurologist? Were any of her injuries from the accident head injuries? Have you had any medical opinions about her condition yet?

How long do the episodes typically last? How long ago was the accident, and how soon after it did the episodes begin?

However, even with answers to these questions I'm asking, I wouldn't be able to offer you much information except to point you towards competent medical care for her. I can do some looking around on the Internet if that's of any help.
