    OT - Happy Halloween - a picture of my grandchildren

    Hi friends! Thought I'd drop by long enough to read a bit and also say hello to all my friends here, and wish you all a HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!

    Below is a picture of Angelo and Julianna, my grandchildren, dressed up for the night of trick-or-treating.

    They look 'smashing', but, then again, I am not an impartial judge :o

    My avatar is of my daughter, Andrea, who we lost in a fire on 1/18/11

    you don't know me but i know cute kids, LOL and you sure do have some cuties. Enjoy them big time, as I know you do!

      Cool costumes, I wish I had a picture of my granddaughter as she dressed up as a cat. She woudn't wear it until my daughter pointed to their cat [Grace] and then at the costume and said Grace. Then Emery [she is 18 months old] would wear it and once it was on pointed to herself and said Grace and then to the cat and said Grace. Young kids look so cute in their costumes, thanks for putting your pictures up.

        How cute...they are....
        He's cool....and she's happy....Lovely....

        Kids get so excited about Halloween....I used to make costumes for my nieces for Halloween...and paint their faces...using makeup....I make fairy costumes...dresses...for 'my' little girls...so pretty....when one of them grew up...and got married....she had me make them for all her bridesmaids...

        It was very sweet....and sparkly...double layer of net or of silk...light enough weave that you can see through...and then put sequins and cut petals of silk flowers...inside...sew it to an upper garment...and a lining skirt...and put clusters of petals and rhinestone crystals....the sequins and flowers move freely through the skirting...it is fun to watch them twirl....and boy do they twirl...

        I hope they had a fun day.....

            Smiling Angel - What beutiful kids and I love the costumes. Funny thing, I just found a box w/ me in costume at 5-6 - Funstuff. I hope this finds you and yours well and happy. My partner and I are doing good, so is the cat (Smiley).

              Jacquie....I love when you send pictures. Your grandchildren are SO cute. What sweethearts. They must give you endless joy. With all you have
              been through, how nice to have these two delightful reminders of what life is all about. Keep those pictures coming!
