to all the wonderful people here from Alex44

I would like to thank each and EVERY member of this forum for praying for me. things are slowly getting better, although with temps over 110 EVERYDAY practically and we cannot afford to go below 81 on the therm., Finally got to the first, which is payday, even so, things are tight, I cry when I go to the grocery store - prices thru the roof, I want to so much for S/O and can't, she cannot seem to get pain relief and she has a good doc - I do a healing on her every night and sometimes during the day - I am trained in spiritual healing, we use this in conjunction with conventional medicine, It burns me up that doctors dismiss what I have to say, even thou I have been with her over twenty years, have rescue squad, EMT, spiritual training in all forms of healing - I just want to help the love of my life - my own problems are serious but hers are worse, this last month was heck, we just made it - with spirits help and all the wonderful people here who gave me the strength to carry on. We live 15-20 miles from civilization and the car is a constant worry. I am currently getting help with a therapist and a psyc, it helps I am hanging in there as is my Angel(S/O) so please - keep praying as I need to be here for S/O. Hope this finds everyone well.
    Blessings

Alex, I'll continue to pray for you and your sweetheart. I'm so sorry for all the problems that you're going through with pain, extreme heat, and car troubles. I can relate more than you know.

    Blessings,
    Eva

Eva - Thank you more then you can know - I would post a lot more about things going on but - I am never sure who might see it - and that sucks (pardon my language.) Just going to the grocery store was an ordeal, I told my S/O that from now on WE would make a list and I would go. She is getting agoraphobic, neither one of us can handle crowds, that and other issues - I love her with all my heart but even the best relationships have their moments we are having ours - too much fussing, part of which I attribute to the heat and we can only afford so much A/C - that does not help - and lack of funds, she refuses to talk about it - I have no one except the shrink to vent to, and the board. So, Kind of a hard place - At least I have my pain issues fairly well under control - but I still constantly worry. Hope this finds you well

Alex I'm so glad that you are getting some help with the therapist :) Your S/O is lucky to have you in her life.
Question: Why can't I post links or pictures?
Question: Why can't I have a signature, avatar, or profile picture?
Question: What's wrong with my account?

Answer: You are in the "registered users" user group. This group is very limited in what it can do. This will annoy spammers to no end Just keep posting once you have been registered for 30 days and have made 11 posts your account will be "unlocked".

It's really easy to put someone on ignore and it's strongly recommended that you do so with people who's posts you don't like.

          Step 1 - log in
Step 2 - click on the "settings" link
Step 3 - click on the "edit ignore list" link on the left side of the screen
Step 4 - type (or paste if you copied and pasted it) the username of the person you want to ignore
Step 5 - click the "ok" button on the right of the screen

Easy peasy and will lower your blood pressure. One important note though, this won't hide quoted posts. It's an oversight on the developers part and it's not an easy thing to "fix." So if someone quotes someone you have ignored, you'll see the quote.

Alternatively when you click on a person's name and view their profile page, underneath their avatar, there is a option that says, "Ignore this person". Click that link and then click the yes button.

Alex, sending you my best wishes for things to get better, I understand so much of what you are saying , and yes it hard to keep so much to yourself , but we have to under certain circumstances. I really know a lot about what you are dealing with. Hang in there and do your best, that's all anyone can do . I will keep you and your lady in my prayers and hope for better days ahead.
