I don't get the bugs so much. Most of my nerve pain is burning, although occasionally I get an ice water feeling. I just have to be weird, lol!

Good to "see" you again..

This is a very common side effect of "restless leg syndrome", something to think about.

It could also be the effect of your medication wearing off as it is also common in early withdrawal symptoms.
I know that it will happen to me if I go way to long in between taking my medication.

Anyway I hope this may help and I hope that other then this life is treating well..
