    Chronic pain in chest

Last year...I was getting this severe pain on the left side of my chest. After a series of tests..I was diagnosed positive for bronchitis. Moreover...they observed mild pleural effusion in my lungs. Doctor said that it was pleurisy...which was because of the bronchitis! After that I completed my medication. My all reports are normal. But sometimes, I still get this sharp chest pain. I don't know what to do. Does anybody have similar kind of chest pain or history?? Any kind of suggestions are welcome.

Laserprince - If I were you - I would see a cardiologist and get an Electro cardiogram and maybe some film - I had something simaler, still do and theye I a problem (mild ) and recommended Watchful waiting as in an ECG every 6 to 12 Mo. Good luck and you are in my prayers. could may be angina since when the lungs are involved the heart usually is but I am not a doc. just a person with a good understanding of the human body.
