Anyone out there like me?

My Mom has been on a gluten-free diet for the past couple of months(by choice!)...She's been making a pizza crust from a mix...Every time I eat this pizza mix, I end up with a sore throat several hours later...Sometimes, I wake up with the sore throat the next morning...The sore throat is so painful sometimes that it hurts to swallow! Has anyone else ever experienced this, or am I just weird? Or does anyone have an explanation?

What are the ingredients listed in the gluten-free mix? It sounds like you may be experiencing an allergic reaction.
