    Latest Test Results

I am so happy because my latest test results are the best ever. I have been GF since May 2005 and over the years have accidentally gotten glutened even though I was being very careful.

My results show a tTG of 6 units with less than 10 being normal. This means that I am not having a gluten induced reaction to the IgA enzyme. This is the lowest that it has ever been since I have
been testing. My other levels are also in range, ie. casein, soy, egg, fecal fat. The only level that is still up is the IgA anti gliadin and there a comment that this can be measured in the intestine for months, even a few years after going
    on a gluten free diet.

I eat mostly a whole foods diet, and am very careful whenever I eat out at restaurants.

Just thought that I would share.

Wonderful. Were those blood tests? Fecal tests?

Great report! I really want to get retested by Enterolab. The last time was about 8 yrs ago and my antibodies to gluten were still high.

It was through Enterolab that I found my antibodies to yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) were elevated and if I eat a product with yeast I get vertigo and don't feel well.

For fecal tests, that's fantastic. Mine were positive last time I got checked. I wouldn't even think of retesting now as I am having a reaction to ???

I have been monitoring every year because I have had so many problems. Last year my levels were up, and I was very frustrated. I added the Pioneer Comprehensive Gut Health supplement. Do not know if that is what helped, but I am very happy with my results.

Steph, hope that you find out what is causing your reaction.

I am not affiliated with the company and/or telling anyone to use the product, only reporting my guess about what might have helped get my test results into the normal range. This is the only time that my tTG antibodies have
            been below 10.
