    Baking question

I have some of a bag of GF AP Flour, and I wondered if I used it in a regular recipe, would it be 1:1? That is, 1 cup regular flour replaced with 1 cup GF AP flour?

Generally yes you can do 1 for 1. Does the GF AP flour have either Xanthan or Guar gum already in it?

Yes, it does. I'm not sure I have enough posts, or been on these boards long enough to post a link, so I won't, but it's Pamela's All Purpose GF Flour Blend.
