I am looking into getting a basic knowledge of ham radio operating and just wondered if there was onyone here who knows how and if it is hard to learn to get your license.

My DH is a HAM operator, he helps give the classes and tests to get your license. I'll see if he has info for you, I have to type for him since his stroke in 2006.If no pain, no gain is true, where is everything I should have gained?
