What do you say? Can you help?

I didn't know where to put this, so I thought why not here. I'm not sure exactly why certain parts hurt when I do certain things. What do you say? And do you kow what I can do? As I stand up, my bottom/top legs hurt. Then the back of my right thigh hurts when I move/walk. I was thinking it was my knees (I do sometimes hear a cracking in one of my knees). I can't even go down my front steps because it really hurts to go down that 1st deep one. Do you know of any exersises I could do for both these things?

Lor aren't you getting any kind of physical therapy? If not maybe you can request a round from your doc. Can go a long way towards strengthening up those muscles and reducing some of the pain.

Lor, I think you need to get a thorough physical. let your doctor know about all your issues. have some tests done. you cannot fix sommething until you know what's wrong.

start making a list for the doc. don't leave anything out. sleep issues, etc. you may have pulled some muscles.

perhaps forget the brain issues & concentrate on your body now?I assume you fell when you had your seizure? you could have some type of injury that cannot be seen. and it could be many issues not just one.

Just my opinion but I'd hold off on PT until you know what's wrong. could be spinal,tendon,muscle......if it hurts to step down, try bending your knees, better yet-use a different door if possible.

      good luck!
