This may not be just a joke. I had a cat who would not leave houseplants alone. She batted them, dug their dirt, chewed them, and knocked them over. I tried spraying her with water in a spray bottle, and for a while that worked. But eventually it seemed as if she was getting used to it and even enjoying it. Maybe it was refreshing on a hot day?

My previous post seems to have lost its image. I'll try to restore it but I don't know if this will work.

ETA: I wasn't able to restore it. Maybe a moderator will delete that thread?

A black cat looking a bit like Sylvester just wandered past my window, shortly before I found this video.

It's the season for black cats anyway though this one was a couple of days late.
