Where is LOR ????

I have missed her and it has been a long time since she posted. Has anybody heard from her? I can imagine a lot of things, but would feel better if I knew she was alright.

If anybody has heard from her please share. I miss her!!

i bet she is still cleaning that house for her son so he can live there rent free....something to do with one of the relatives? she was asking for advice about cleaning products and saying the place was really messy cause the person who lived there before was a pack rat and she found mouse droppings there, too. i remember when i cleaned out my mother-in-law's apartment after she went to the nursing home. it took me a whole month, cause i only cleaned it for about 4 hours a day, cause then my youngest would be coming home from school. my mil had 2 small bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom, but every wall was piled with magazines and stuff.

don't worry...she'll show up soon .

I haven't been on FB in about a week but she was frequenting there up until I stopped going. Guess I could check and see if she has posted there recently. I was wondering where the queen of new threads was.

I just hope she didn't do herself in by mixing the wrong chemicals together. I did some "down on my knees kinda cleaning" when I moved my retail shop to a bigger shop. the people SAID they cleaned, but when I got the key, dang the orger about killed me. I used a lot of amonia and clorox and can't remember what else. I had little blisters in my mouth, down my throat, nose everywhere. Worst case of bronchitus ever. thats probably why I have COPD now.

The place had been a Pet Shop. This happened in my former life. I was already planning on an escape route. That was when I met Ken. The first building I was in. It was very small and just the 2 of us most of the time. I had a chance to learn much about him. He was a perfect gentleman, darn it!! :)

About Lor, I wish she would at least stick her head in the door then we will know she didn't get run over by a reindeer!

just in case i did not tell about the time i mixed stuff, I want to remind to not use Bar Keepers Friend with just about anything. That was what I made oxialic (spell) acid with once and made myself sick really bad. Not like you Jo but red faced awfully throw up etc sick. I believe if I hadn't gotten it out of my system I might have croaked.

I hope she is just busy cooking, shopping etc.

thank you Sue and you too jingle. All you ladies that have been looking for Lor, I thank you. It is just so unusual for her not to post Something, even when hubby is home. Maybe her computer went KABOOM!!

I am a worry wart I guess, but I still remember when my sister died. I asked Jeannie to post it for me and I would not be here for a few days.

Well, the day my sis was buried I ented the hospital and stayed there for 10 days. I was so "out of it" It did not even occur to me to post somebody. I don't know how long it was before I thought about writing someone.

So, I worry for Lor. I know she isn't well. I just wish she would stick her head in the door. Hope we find her soon.

I saw in Forum Feedback a post from Mike. He did some damage to his thumb and wrist. I do hope he is well soon.

Thanks Christina. At least we know she is still alive. Guess she just needed a break. I have a bunch of family that wished me Merry Christmas on Face Book and I've told them all I don't do facebook anymore. I even wrote to Facebook, have no isea where the email went , but I asked them to remove my account.

One day I checked just to see if they had indeed closed my account. NOPE, I was still there and I'm at my wits end as to how to get loose from them. They send me emails telling me "things I've missed" !! Like post I had posted and post family has posted all the way back to summer. What gives with them?

One was from my baby sis, dating way back when asking me to go to lunch with what is left of my famy!! Well, I got the mail thru facebook, so why would I need to go to facebook and respond? Strange place.

If someone enjoys going ther, then that is a good thing. I have little time to sit these days so I come to Brain Talk.

I was just on the epilepsy forum and I found out that Lor is in the hospital and she will need assisted living after she gets out of the hospital. If you go down to the epilepsy forum you can read all the details.
I'm sorry I couldn't bring you better news but we should pray for Lor and her family. Wishing you the best and May God Bless You!

Sue, thank you so much. I saw that in the Epilepsy Forum and I will tell you, I am so upset. Lor was well liked and everybody loved her. I can not imagine what has happened. Yes indeed, we all need to send up prayers for her and her family. Lor isn't old, I don't know for sure but she posted it one day not too long ago.

I'm 69 years old and every year I don't think the number feels so old anymore.

Sue, I think I'm going to post another thread so everybody will be sure to read it. I am crushed. WE lost a dear member a couple of years ago and we are all still missing Tootsie. you may have known her. She was a wonderful person.

I'm sorry to bring you the sad news that Lor is in ICU. Lor has been a wonderful friend to me and I've known her for yrs. (((Jo))) I think it's a good idea to post another thread. I also miss Tootsie we got along great.

I don't know how old Lor is but she has been a dear friend for many yrs. with me just like you.

Jo, you are a wonderful friend and I appreciate all that you have done for me. You are a true blessing.
