i wonder why i have popping or thumping in ear-its plugged?

phn in face from shingles driving me crazy

some friends killed themselves

neighbors are rude to me i think-ill have to move i guess

they fix nothing lately or so it seems for others -repairs

other stuff to say but forgot

thank god theres a loving god who helps the poor and ill -isn't life grand

im tired-sometimes i think im near the end

it seems to get worse every day

maybe i exaggerate ? i dont know

Hi cloud z,

A few yrs. ago I had terrible noise in one of my ears and I could hear a thumping like you mentioned I went to see a ear, nose and throat specialist and come to find out my right ear was really plugged up and the thumping
sound I heard was my heart beating. The Dr. was able to flush out my right ear and the problem was that my right ear canal was very narrow. I was told to put hydrogen peroxide in my ear once a day and it helped a lot.
In regards to the flourscent lights they can affect a person. I used to have seizures when I saw flourscent green lights and that's because they found out I was photosensitive which means certain color lights affect a persons
nervous system and in turn it triggered seizures for me.
I know it's hard by try and think of all the good things in life. Keep your chin up and think about other people in this world who have it a lot harder than we do. Here's wishing you well and May God Bless You!

Sorry about your friends who have pass on, Clouds. I lost a very good friend by him killing himself. I miss him Dearly, sorry you have to deal with this.
It must be so difficult to live in a place where you don't feel cared about.

Clouds,it's a bad time of year & that's a fact. maybe your neighbor's are dealing with bad issues now & didn't mean to be rude? as for stuff not getting fixed? can you try to be patient & hopefully everything will get taken care of?

also sorry about the friends suicide. that's a hard one to deal with.

I'm north of Seattle & looking at a winter wonderland of snow right now. wondering if you have snow also?

have you tried debrox?i put in olive oil and maybe its better

Yes, I have used Debrox but not with olive oil. I will have to remember to try using olive oil with the debrox if i have anymore problems. Thanks for the tip.

The Debrox has chemicals in the med to break up waxes deep in a persons ears and it kills any possible bacteria where the olive oil won't

Sometimes pressure and popping in ears can be due to blocked Eustachian tube due to sinus problems. Like pressure being unequal when you go up & down in an airplane. A suggestion...

I commented about my neighbors to my therapist [I've only been here two years] because one in particular was acting very odd -- she thought that woman had her own major problems, including drinking. So remember -- it ain't always you, sometimes it is them.
