Thank you I appreciate it, had a good quiet time, my hubby's birthday is on the 27th and I am doing something tomorrow. But I have make sure that everyone understands that it is for him, after all you only turn 50 once in a lifetime, and I am not close to that age just yet.

My daughter has episodes, some days she is great others she is bad. A couple of weeks ago she was bad for about 5 days, that is when we went to the ER and they kick us out. Right now she is feeling good, as for the Lime disease they had already done the testing and it was negative. We went to the Rheumatologist and she order more blood tests, did the Lyme disease again. Called me yesterday and says that besides de Vitamind D being very low, everything else came good. So no Lyme for her.

The neurologist seems to think that her case is "CHRONIC MIGRAINES" the ones that have to be watch and a diet followed, she says that some migraines cases can cause the pain that my baby seems to be in, and since 100% of the times her pain comes with bad heaches, well that seems to be the consensus. The Rheumatologist did mention that could be a case a fyromyalgia but she was not ready to say Yeah just yet. B has been given some new medications and we just have to sit and wait to see if they work. But the rheumatologist also says that the Vitamind D deficiecny could be a big factor on her problems.

thank you for your concern and I will keep you posted.

Hi Bella, yes I am late so Happy Belated Birthday from me too.

We went through the same thing with my B. He got on a regiment of D and Magnesium and Ibuprofen. He said he did notice that it worked a bit but not as well as hoped. I think a lot of his may have been hormonal also. He is 19 now and things have lightened up, not as many migraines and the body pain while still an issue is tolerable. I have been trying to get them to just go ahead let him see a Rheumie because I am pretty sure they would diagnose him with Fibro because I believe that is what he has but because of his age they didn't want to label him already. Especially when there are so many other things to rule out.

Pati I tried to get B's doc to consider Lyme also but he said that Michigan does not have an issue with Lyme and the few cases there are were up farther north. I wanted to kick him. What an idiotic thing to say considering I had just done the research about Michigan, ticks and Lyme. The doc is like 80 and is still living it the 70s. So B's doc has been changed.

Bella I believe that to properly test for Lyme it is a bit more complicated than just a simple blood test if there is still doubt. I will have to go back and check.

I am so sorry your sweet baby is in so much pain. It is heartbreaking knowing there is nothing you can do but hold them.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Bella! And hubby also. Why, you are still a child yourself!

Oh oh, hubby is in for some surprises and you too when you get there. I hope y'all have a good day and many more!

I too am concerned about your baby. She might not like being called a baby, but I still call my 40 + yrs old baby and he doesn't seem to mind. lol

I pray all things will right themselves and your little family will soon be on the up swing health wise.

Again, sorry I'm late, but happy Birthday anyways.

        all my love, Jo

Thank you for your advice, the first time they did just the blood test for Lyme and it came negative, the rheumatologist order some more extensive test and a blood culture, she says that it is the type of test that the rheumatilogist especialize in, even the lady at the lab told me that she does not see those code very often, so I think that the one she order was more complete, but I will recheck on that.

Hopefully you can get your son to a rheumatologist, my insurance sucks for many things especially $$ but at least I do ot need referals to go to specialist of any kind. Now this is costing me $2500 of my pocket, and that is with insurance already paying a lot more, but anything for the kids.
