      Hope everyone had a fine day. weather here was beautiful! both my sons here for the meal. today is beginning of tulip festival. one of my son's lives on Whidbey Island not far from the landslide on the news.

      Chris, I ate 1/2 of my roll yesterday. been thinking alot about the "wheat belly" thing-which makes sense ya know? 50% less pain would sure be nice! i've lost another few #s . keep it going to my goal. need a new brain though. about to give up on mine!
