Hello everyone, hope everyone is doing good, missed you all, and apologize for disappearing but I never forget you guys, it just has been a very busy time for us. My oldest daughter had a baby boy in December and they live with us, so between work, house work, enjoying my grand baby and family commitments, my youngest brother and his wife also had a baby boy earlier this month, had my parents staying for a long spell with me, etc. I have not have as much time to lurk around anymore.
My baby girl is graduating HS in June and it had taken the little bit of time left with school and College. Well it was, she had dreamed and been accepted to Longwood University in Farmville, VA. We had paid acceptance, looked for roommates the whole 9 yards, and now she found out she is Pregnant, at 17, so she is going to stay at the Community College and go to the local GMU. But she already told us that she will finish College she wants to be a teacher so it will be harder but she can do it and we have no other choice but to support her.

I hope May is a better month for everyone. Bella, it's great hearing from you.
I'm off to Rome for a cruise in the mediterranean. We will be gone for three weeks. This has always been a dream for me to do this and now it's finally here. We will have our 35 year aniversary this June. Hard to belivie it's been that long. We've been through some stroms but always came out ok at the end. I don't know if anyone else would have put up with my crap but I found that person who was strong enough to do it.
Back to the cruise we will be going to Itlay, Greece, turkey, montenegro and spain. We will be on the ship for 14 days. We spend 3 days in rome before we sail and three days in barcelona, spain after the cruise. wE leave this tuesday, may 10th. I won't be getting off the ship in Istanbul, TUrkey but my DH will. We decided it would be terrible if something happened to both of us. The bombings there have been every month and this will be one of the first crusie ships there. My daughters are happy that we have decided to do that. I'll get to see Kuradasi, turkey. well off I go to get ready.

Dawn, That sounds like a wonderful trip. My mom went to France (Paris and a few small towns), Italy (Rome, Vatican City), Brussels, Netherlands (Holland) last year for about 3 weeks with a group of ladies, but not on a cruise, that was a dream of hers too. She liked France, said that Italy was dirty but still enjoyed the whole experience. My brother and his wife went to a wedding for a friend of them in Greece last year and they went to Istanbul, they both came back saying it was a trip to do.
This year my mom and dad went to Spain and they both came back in love, they said that Toledo, Barcelona where their favorites.
