    CAT Emergencies

The best things I learned from a lifetime of observing my kitties:

When you're having an emergency, the best thing to do is stop and lick your butt!

LOL, always worked for me, gotta make sure yer head doesn't stick.

I really wish we could get my shortcake a kitty but unfortunately we are both very allergic. I have been considering gettin' him a pup.

Here's an url that mentions a couple of cats you probably won't be allergic to....

This was from googling. I didn't go into great depth looking but wanted to find something for you. I know there are more breeds out there too. Believe there's a site cats.com might be of help. I truly love dogs as have had them growing up, never kitties. But since having kitty, definitely whole different breed<G> No walking, picking up poop altho pretty close<G>
So hope above info and if you search some, you might find what you're looking for. Altho some are expensive, definitely worth it. Good luck, kat

Thanks Kat! I looked and learned a couple of new things. Right now our shortcake is doing allergy shots because he also has some real bad allergies to trees and other flora and fauna and some other animals. Dogs don't seem to bother him. I think our real Christmas tree got to him pretty bad this Christmas. Just another reason for me to buy a fake one lol.

My other half is resistant to my puppy ramblings
:p and I am not sure if I am pushing out of boredom lol. Maybe try rescuing first and see how it goes. If we get it in spring my shortcake will be able to spend more time with it so the pup won't attach itself to me. That's the whole reason I want another dog is so shortcake can know the unending love and devotion a furbaby gives. Brody loves him but I am his momma lol.

Another thing I leanred from my feline observaions --

When everything around you is going wild, just sit there and look bored. No one else will recognize the difference.

            Hi All,

I thought I would introduce you to my micro-cat Mocha, seen here outside [uh oh] in the window box, trying to look "tall". She weighs 5-6 pounds on a good day.
