    update...

I haven't posted in a while, My husband and I both had the stomach flu last week... AWFUL! I'm praying that no one else gets it.
I did manage to get Kathleen to her ultrasound and dr. appointment. The good news is the cyst on her ovary is gone! One less thing to worry about. He did say she will most likely get them on and off but they shouldn't bother her too much and should go away. Ufortunatly she can't take any hormones to prevent them or regulate her period because of her history of strokes and moyamoya. She actually made it the whole day in school on Thursday for the first time in months. She will have another ultrasound of her kidneys and bladder next week and see the urologist to check the hydronephrosis. Praying this is resolving also and we can just keep an eye on it. Thanks for eveyrones prayers and support!

Sorry about the stomach flu, but it finally is good news about your darling Kathleen - thank God! Good news about the disappearing cyst! I hope and pray you guys all stay well and that Kathleen is able to continue her full days at school :) xo

      ((((((Mary Grace & Kathleen))))))

So sorry that you and your husband had a stomach virus. I hope it was short lived, although I know that every hour seems like an eternity.

Great news that Kathleen's cyst is gone! I pray that she doesn't have them repeatedly. Since Kathleen can't take hormones (and they do have side effects), I wonder what natural remedies might exist to prevent ovarian cysts. Herbs, spices, foods, etc.

I'll be praying that all is well with Kathleen's kidneys and bladder. Be sure to let us know what you find out.

More Thursdays! More full school days for Kathleen! Putting the positive energy into the Universe!
