    Magnesium to treat epilepsy ???

I have heard that Magnesium is used sometimes in the control of seizures in epilepsy and that ailment’s.

I have a few questions to ask all of you.

    (1) - If this is the case I would like to find out what kind of magnesium is most commonly used ?.

    (2) - How often is it taken ?.

    (3) - On average have much is taken with each dose ?.

    (4) - What is that the half life of magnesium ?

    (5) - When treating epilepsy with it is it genuinely taken with medication OR can it be taken on its own ?.

    Thank you all Craig

    Hi Craig,

I have also heard that magnesium helps treat epilepsy but I haven't tried it, instead what I do is take 50 mg. of zinc twice a day and 1000 mg. of vitamin C which in turn helps
make a little magnesium and I will say that it has reduced my sz. I also take vitamin B12 1000 mcg. once a day and that has done wonders reducing my sz. You may want to give
this a try. Here's wishing you the best of luck and May God Bless You!
