    Bodybuilding with a Shunt

Just wanted to know people’s thoughts on bodybuilding with a shunt? How big can I can without getting into the danger zone? I’ve heard some people say that people with shunts should lift heavy weights, but I’m trying to get as big as I possibly can without putting myself in danger. Any comments are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I don't think it's so much how big you can get without causing damage to the shunt, but how much is too much to lift without damaging it. Ask your nsg.
