I'll try replying to your post and see what happens. (What "token"?)

It posted. I used Quick Reply. If you can post in Forum Feedback, you should. If not, I can try to post about your error message there.

But you were able to post these posts?

I found a couple of references to this problem by doing a Google search of your error message. Here's one though it's old:
Only registered and activated users can see links., Click Here To Register...

Since this seems to be a problem with the software, I think you should take it up with the administrators, using Forum Feedback or e-mail. They've been very helpful here, and they do want to know about problems like this.

                  Hello Abby!

I do see a reported post in the administrative forums about your problem. I'm sure Mike will see it when he comes online.

Sorry you're having this problem. Once in awhile, I have gotten a strange message also from this new vBulletin software. I try and remember what I was doing when I got the message, but I can't always remember to replicate the exact situation when I got the message.

The token glitch sure looks interesting, though . I'm just writing to you so you know we are aware of your problem.

Abby try deleting the cookies for @braintalkcommunities.org. Your issue is most likely from a corrupt cookie.

How to delete cookies in IE

Click the gear icon in the upper right corner
                      Click on "Internet Options"
Click on the "Settings" button (the top one of the 3 you'll see)
Click on the "View files" button
                      Right click any blank space
Click arrange icons by name and select type
Look for a file that ends with @braintalkcommunities.org
                      Delete that file
                      Close the window
                      Click ok
                      Click ok
                      Close IE
                      Open IE and come here
                      Log in
                      See if the problem persists.

                      Clear cookies in FF

                      Click on "Tools"
                      Click on "Options"
                      Click on the "Privacy" tab
Click on the "Show cookies" button
                      Delete the braintalkcommunities.org folder
                      Close FF
                      Open FF
                      Come here and login
See if that fixes it :)
Question: Why can't I post links or pictures?
Question: Why can't I have a signature, avatar, or profile picture?
Question: What's wrong with my account?

Answer: You are in the "registered users" user group. This group is very limited in what it can do. This will annoy spammers to no end Just keep posting once you have been registered for 30 days and have made 11 posts your account will be "unlocked".

It's really easy to put someone on ignore and it's strongly recommended that you do so with people who's posts you don't like.

                      Step 1 - log in
Step 2 - click on the "settings" link
Step 3 - click on the "edit ignore list" link on the left side of the screen
Step 4 - type (or paste if you copied and pasted it) the username of the person you want to ignore
Step 5 - click the "ok" button on the right of the screen

Easy peasy and will lower your blood pressure. One important note though, this won't hide quoted posts. It's an oversight on the developers part and it's not an easy thing to "fix." So if someone quotes someone you have ignored, you'll see the quote.

Alternatively when you click on a person's name and view their profile page, underneath their avatar, there is a option that says, "Ignore this person". Click that link and then click the yes button.

                              Abby ,

I posted this answer to your question about the "gate" in the "Glitch-The Sequel" thread.

I didn't see any "gate" in Mike's answer, so I assumed maybe you meant the word "gear" in the top line of Mike's post. so this is what I posted:

                              Abby,

If you're referring to Mike's post, it's a "GEAR" icon.

Way in the upper right hand corner where you minimize, make the page fit the margins of the screen and the red X where you close the page, there are three little icons. the first is a little white house, the second is a white star and the third is the "gear icon" It looks like a little circle with little pointy lines sticking out of it.

                              Hope that helps .
