Thanks everyone. Feeling so much better now that I'm home and have my own potty and stuff. Pal is home with me too and I think he is extremely happy to be out of my DD's BIG, german shep/lab mix, dog's way...LOL
I went out to eat, and chatted with the owner for hours. Got to meet his wife, and just had a nice evening. It's just across the main highway, a 3 minute drive.
Plus I brought home leftovers, and a dessert.
I guess I don't get to have any Whisker Lickin's tonight!

I wanted to give you a little welcome back gift in a song.
I had the original sheet music from 1916 and recently came across it as I was decluttering my house. Here are the lyrics and the video. I used to play it on the flute and it is really pretty. I hope you enjoy it Sally:
Sally in Our Alley
(Henry Carey)
Of all the girls that are so smart
There's none like pretty Sally;
She is the darling of my heart
And lives in our alley.
There's ne'er a lady in the land
Is half so sweet as Sally,
She is the darling of my heart
And lives in our alley.
Of all the days within the week
I dearly love but one day
And that's the day that comes betwixt
A Saturday and Monday.
O, then I'm dressed in all my best
To walk abroad with Sally
She is the darling of my heart
And lives in our alley
When Christmas comes about again
O, then I shall have money
I'll save it up, and box and all
I'll give unto my honey.
And when my sev'n long years are out
O, then I'll marry Sally
And then how happily we'll live
But not in our alley
