Some of those high counts seemed wrong to me--unrealistically high. I think the pedometer might be going haywire. Those high counts turned up only on one pedometer while the other one was showing a much lower count. Even so when I averaged the two out, the count still looks too high compared to step counts on similar days in the past.

Hello BTers! Did you remember to say Rabbit Rabbit on July 1?

I can't recall if I told you that my Neuro no longer thinks I have.
He thinks it has been Stiff Person Syndrome and that it is worsening

          I am in a wheelchair 24/7

the worst of it is that sleep triggers horrible spasms

Thanks for checking in, Sunshine 2!

You did mention that you'd been removed from the MS "club" but I guess some of us were hoping you'd stick around here anyway. So very sorry you've taken a turn for the worse and are in that wheelchair full time.

No fun at all for anyone who has reached that point. We can hope that you'll get some strength back and will be walking again before long. I'm just sure that is possible.

I also hope that the medical experts can find a way to stop the spasms that make sleeping so difficult!!! You hear about all of these antispasmodic medicines but my guess is that you've tried all of them without success. Is your neuro on top of all of the latest developments in SPS so as to be the first in line for any new remedy that becomes available?

This is no idle hope because it seems as if new drugs are coming along at a really fast clip.

Come here and chat if it helps you any, Sunshine.
