Somehow this doesn't surprise me. People have become so much more unkind than what they use to be. I expect Doctors, or at least a lot of them, get tired of people not having any appreciation for the knowledge they went to school and paid a fortune to get. On the other hand, Doctors have become arrogant and unfeeling, again some of them. I realize this doesn't apply to all.

Doctors are almost always waiting for money. I noticed that many doctors treated me badly until my mother gave them money.

Sorry to hear about the ear spasms, that sounds like a real pain. Definitely, a good idea to see an ENT (ear, nose, and throat doctor) about it. They specialize in hearing and balance issues, so they might be able to provide some insight too.
As for the Botox approach, I've heard of it being used for muscle spasms in other parts of the body, but I'm not sure about the ears specifically. Maybe the ENT or audiologist can give you more information on that. In the meantime, have you tried any home remedies to help alleviate the spasms? Sometimes a warm compress or gentle massage can do wonders.
