I've added more herbs this time, and a shepherd's pie mix. The mix was the only lamb based one they had. I'm also adjusting the cooking time. Have just been listing best before/.use by dates. That helps to minimise wastage.

Guess I'm not awake enough yet but I don't understand about listing the best before/use by dates. I do know about those dates but wonder how or where you list them. Hope you don't mind the question but I have been dealing with those best before/use by dates for some time and wondering how useful they are.
