Treatment for retinal damage in Parkinsons relevant to MS'ers?

I saw this in a Parkinsons disease research newsletter.

Not a bio-wonk, I bring this to those who are BWs:
could this treatment be applicable to MS'ers or others?

Interesting idea--and I don't know whether it could be applied to MS. My impression is that the damage from Parkinson's is different from the damage occurring in MS, though.

Sorry I can't be more helpful.
    SPMS diagnosed 1980. Avonex 2001-2004. Copaxone 2006-2009. Glatopa (glatiramer acetate = Copaxone) 12/20 - 3/19/24.

Hi Renee, I hope they can do something for folks with Parkinson's who have retinal problems from it. I guess it could help us in the long run, also.

By the way, are you advertising to be a personal secretary and chef or are you saying you want one. I could you these also, but I would add a housekeeper as I am doing my own.

I would like a personal secretary, chef, fairy godmother, a zillion dollars, peace on earth and a cure for everything.

        Is that asking too much.

I'll go for that list too but I'd add a personal chauffeur.

Renee, I don't think that is asking for much at all. After all why not dream big. However, out of all of it I would take the "cure for everything" and then the rest would just fall into place I think.
