I have not been around for awhile. My husband had been ill for a few months but is better now. One good thing is that he got an iPad as a gift when he was in the hospital and bored.Finally I have a way to use Braintalk that a makes it a lot easier than webtv. !!
So, I stopped in to say hello.

Welcome back! I'd been noticing your absence and wondering about you. I'm sorry your husband was ill but since he's better now, it's great that you can be back here.

The farmers, market was a welcome diversion from John,s difficult summer. He missed his Amherst MA farmers market but SSusan and I did every single Northampton market. We lost many outdoor crops but another farmer and I shared the greenhouse watering each day and 3 of us dug fingerling potatoes which was the one crop that we fully harvested.

I had two infusions of rituxan right as John entered the hospital and I had immediate and strong improvement again. But the blood test they do to check for PML antibodies showed that I had them and that increases the danger of getting the virus. My previous rituxan infusions helped for about 8months so I have time to figure out what to do.

Anyway, It is wonderful to see your names and hear your voices once again.

Hi Linda, welcome back home. I also missed your farmer's market reports.

Sorry to hear about your husband, but glad you can now get back on even though it is at his misfortune.

What you had to say about the Rituxin is interesting. Somehow I had not realized that you got that much good from it. I assume you are R/R and maybe people
who are Secondary Progressive would not see the same results. But as with all the drugs I guess that can vary from person to person. I hope you get at least the 8 months that you got before and hopefully more.
