    Like a bad penny AGAIN!!!!!

Back after a few days in the hospital. I had a appointment and the doc looked at me in the waiting room and said go to the ER they will be waiting for you. The pneumonia a week or so ago kicked up the MS and BP went to 245/190 I could not swallow and stumbled around like a drunk so antibiotics and steroids and continuous IV fluids. Came home today and am tired but glad to be here. Especially without all the tubes coming from everywhere! I have to attend a funeral Sunday so am taking the wheelchair. I am expected to speak.

I have to see my Dr Monday and check in with the neuro I am not sure what the best treatment is going to be but this Copaxone is not doing the trick I have had more flares this year than the last 5 or 6 years.

Oh, Gary, not again. Would you please stop doing that!

I agree with ANN. This definitely has to stop.

You're getting to be too well known in the ER.

If you're not up to the funeral, maybe you could prepare a speech and ask someone to read it for you?

I agree 2 trips in a month IS way too much. Yes my wife is home thank goodness. It so happens that the ER doc on duty is a friend and so happens that he was with the friend who was killed in a mountain climbing accident of the person whose funeral we will be attending. He offered along with a nurse, to push my wheelchair!

SIL and daughter will be along as well. I have been up at home for 2 hours and time for another nap.

          Thanks guys

So very sorry Gary. Seems you just can't win lately, but hopefully that is going to stop. Glad you are at home now. Try to take it easy Sunday. Get plenty of rest - with this coming back I am sure you need it. You just didn't get fully well the first time.

You are correct Virginia, that's what the Dr thought too.

I laid in bed this morning and waited for someone to bring my breakfast, my wife informed me that it doesn't work that way at home!

So very sorry all this is coming crashing down all at once. How is Trish holding up? Continuing to hold you my friend. Please do what you know you should and don't blow off the rest periods and signs that you need to take it easy.

Pneumonia is bad enough--but that blood pressure was INSANELY high. WOW. I was an EMT for 20 years--and don't remember anyone's being that high.

Thank God you didn't have a stroke. When mine was 210/115 they admitted me. Definitely don't overdo it and take whatever they have you on for blood pressure!

                        Feel better!
