    Update on Peg (Pegakafarmgirl)

Very unfortunately, Peg has had a setback in the form of more surgery.

She spent 3 days in the hospital recently for surgery to remove a growth on her side that was getting bigger.

She says she's doing well now, with no pain. As for the leg, she's trying to walk better, and the shoulder is slowly healing.

    Take care, Peg!
    SPMS diagnosed 1980. Avonex 2001-2004. Copaxone 2006-2009. Glatopa (glatiramer acetate = Copaxone) 12/20 - 3/19/24.

Thanks Joan for letting us know. My prayers are with her.
And I hope she pulls out of this soon and feels better.

No doubt about it--she's one tough cookie. Maybe not up to performing in a rodeo just now but plenty tough.

Enough is enough. Even farmers need to rest once and a while!! Take it easy and do what the doc tells you to do.

Peg, so glad you were able to come on and give us a more recent update on your condition. We miss you a lot, and I am very thankful the surgery went well.

Yea, 4 major surgeries in 6 months is not only quite enough, but far too much!

Take care of yourself (or let Farmer Joe do it) and no more signing up for rodeos.
