    I thought I would tell you this while it's fresh and written down.

    I am going offline on the 7th. It may be next month before I am back, but I WILL BE BACK.

    I am with Comcast now for the computer and phone. But I am changing services to the place my nephew is with, and get computer, phone, and TV for about half what I pay now.

    So it may just be next month before all the switching is done. I will end up with more money in my pocket which is always nice.

    See you again soon!

        No, I got distracted from getting the Stromboli, but maybe I'll reward myself once this other mess is settled. My stomach has started growling just at the thought of it!

                  Thanks Gary! It will be tough, but I'll still have TV a while longer, like that's worth anything. But I will miss coming here....but only for awhile. I have to make some calls tomorrow while I still have a phone. I do have your number. Can you read smoke signals?

                        Well, that navel has fascinated me all my life. And on a philosophical note, I wonder how Adam and Eve looked with no navels, and how they dealt with not having a navel to dig lint out of?

                            Think about it. The navel is where the umbilical cord is attached. According to the Bible, Adam was fashioned from the clay, and God breathed into him the breath of life, and he became a living being.

                            Soon after, God made Eve from one of Adam's ribs. So neither was ever attached to an umbilical cord because neither had a mother. Thus, neither had a navel.
