I know that feeling, Sally. Not fun.
Hopefully you'll have proper meds and you'll feel a little better soon. I wonder if DD has any extra anti-anxiety meds that you can keep if you need some better relaxation and so you're not so dependent on staff?

I'm working on getting med thing taken care of. The night nurse and aides
Don't do such a good job of following through on things, such as waking me
up for important meds, so I told the daytime nurse and she is going to put it
on their order, to be sure and wake me up for them. Hmmmmm, we'll see how
that goes? Bringing more from home may cause me to OD. DD won't do it..LOL
