Glad I could help! Yes indeed. In my various body related activities and PT I was told I hold my breathe a lot and if I deep breathe I have better control and more fluidity to all of my movements. Yes it is very hard to remember and I have to constantly remind myself that I have to breathe, sometimes every few minutes.

I have the same situation--finding I'm holding my breath. Sometimes a few slow "deep cleansing breaths" help a lot.
