Sally, I don't know anything about Aubagio, though I have heard it mentioned. However, my first thought is that I think it is a good thing she is finally getting started on one of the DMDs. I just hope she does well on it and that it slows any or all progression.

Keep us informed about how she does with it.

She is ok, but Doc wants to put her on Aubagio. I suggested IVIG plasma but she already started.
It can cause great liver damage. She will get her liver tested monthly?!?!
i told her she,d have to give up beer...LOL? That might change her mind...LOL

Here's what the MS Society has to say about Aubagio, which they say is for people with RRMS--and people with SPMS who are still having relapses:

Just a pill, no shot, no infusion. That does sound easy, doesn't it?

Sally, I hope it will help your daughter.

Sally, I looked at the Facebook photo showing your daughter. She's standing there SMILING merrily in 100' heat? She should do a promotional video for the Aubagio people!

I am glad she is tolerating so well and doing so well. Loved seeing her Sally. Make that quite a number of us that could not be out in that heat. Hope she can just keep going.
