    If it works for you, by all means go for it.

    I back off from anything that requires speed. I'm slow at everything, and being expected to do anything with a time limit is very difficult or impossible.

    These games might train me to speed up my mental processing.

    I just find any timed game so irritating that I don't do them any more.

        I am doing Elevate. The free version. And Spanish via Duolingo also free. And physical puzzels, klocki (99c). I enjoy them and they are all from the app store.
