I'm not far from a beach, but 50 some odd degree water doesn't sound fun to play in, though I have been known to wander along the water's edge searching for rocks to polish. I have several pounds of polished rocks.

At least 20 years ago I bought some polished stones from a mail-order gardening company. I still have probably every one of them. They're treasures. They always look great, never discolor or get dull and they're wonderful in drip saucers under house plants.
Some of my polished rocks are on display on shelves, by themselves. More are in glass jars and bottles. I evenen have a lot of unpolished rocks in a giant glass jar that are waiting their turn until they are put in to the tumbler.

My infusion date has been changed to next week, September 19. Tom will be taking me there.
Best of luck to you. Rituxan has been as good for me as the IVIG was. Also, for the first years of rituxan we stretched the time between infusions to 7 or 8 months. Recently we switched to the standard protocol of doing it every 6 months. I have been like Popeye on spinach.
I forgot how often you are doing it. Most patients do an infusion two weeks apart every six months.
Best of luck...
