    Hi Jenna,
Welcome! I agree with what others here have posted. I would recommend getting on a disease modifying therapy and sticking with whatever works best for you. 16 years ago I had to push my neuro to put me on Avonex, but I have been on it ever since, and I believe that has helped me do as well as I am. Exercise (find some activity that you like enough to persist with) and stay fit. Don't pay too much attention to well-meaning people who give you advice but don't really know what they're talking about -- "I heard about this woman with MS who was cured by (bee stings/snake venom/magnets/filling removal...)" You get the idea! This is a good place to ask questions. There are people who have lived with MS and can share some of the experiences they've had. You have to try different things and see what works for you, which may change over time. MS is unpredictable and you have to ride it out as best as you can, but hopefully someone will have suggestions that will make the ride less unpleasant. It is good to have people who will listen and understand.
    Hugs, Linda
