OT Agate solved my holiday shopping problems!

I do not get out much and have trouble figuring out what to send friends. I hate sending a gift that is not specially selected for my friends and relatives. When. Agate mentioned a spice store she likes and others chimed in I went to the site. Ordered and sent gifts using Amazon.

Those gifts are already being received and people are surprised and happy! I think I am happiest of all. The gifts come with a healthy message befitting our thoughts about the way of our country and that is the topping on the cake.
    Thanks Agate!

The original mention of this site is on p. 46 of the Politics thread.

You've made my day, Linda. It wasn't going so well until I saw your post.

That company came through for me once again yesterday, when I received some spices I'd ordered because my supply of spices was much too old and needed replacing. The package arrived sooner than expected, and they've taken steps to correct the one problem with it in a matter of hours.

One jar of paprika had only a small amount in it. I know it should have been almost full because I've ordered it many times before. I sent them an e-mail and they're sending me a replacement jar right away. They sent a very nice e-mail about it.

I love Penzys. They also have stores, and I used to love sniffing the spices in the days I used to travel.

I store my spice bottles lying down in a drawer, the size of a silverware drawer. I open the drawer to wonderful smells.

Penzeys is a great company, and indeed great customer service. I think the only spice I now have that is NOT Penzeys is basic table salt.
