Jim and I love the Decorah Eagles and have followed them for several years. Thank you for reminding me that this is the time for egg laying! Looking forward to a few peaceful minutes each day with them this season.

Yes indeed they did. And I'm really out of my element here. Many others are much better at this than I am.

Things tend to be slow on weekends here, and I just thought it might be nice to try my hand at this.

Didn't think anyone was interested in the nest cams anymore. This nest cam in Oceanside, CA has been at it for 7 years. This is the final year for them. Just saw 5 eggs.
I remember watching this nest box with my nephew when he was around 10 or 11 years old. He's 17 now! My, how time flies!

Mom is sitting there surrounded by snow. She seems quite unconcerned about the snow. No need for her to shovel it or worry about traffic on the roads.
