There comes a time when silence is betrayal.- MLK

I haven't done yoga seriously at all but notice every time I watch it being done how slowly and deliberately all of the movements are done.

That seems like a really good idea with MS--forcing us to think more about each body part specifically and not just take our bodies for granted. Obviously we can't take them for granted with MS because they're going to betray our trust in them, often at very inconvenient or disastrous times. If we're staying aware of what parts of us are working well and which parts are having problems, we might be better able to forestall some of our problems.
    SPMS diagnosed 1980. Avonex 2001-2004. Copaxone 2006-2009. Glatopa (glatiramer acetate = Copaxone) 12/20 - 3/19/24.

I still think I have the best CD out for gentle yoga. Just wish I had kept doing it instead of going to PT. I did do it for many years. Never tired of my CD. So soothing.

It is Kripalu Yoga Gentle with Sudha as the guide. Such a soothing voice. Also poses are really good. Not a lot that someone cannot do.
