Thank you for posting this. Interesting information, and looking at that photo of a swimmer in the water cooled me off.
    SPMS diagnosed 1980. Avonex 2001-2004. Copaxone 2006-2009. Glatopa (glatiramer acetate = Copaxone) 12/20 - 3/19/24.

:) I went to the doctor for my 6 months check up today. My EKG showed that I may have had a heart attack. I never had chest pain. I told the doctor I have to die of something but I will be more careful with my diet now.

After I went to the Mall to get perfume. Then to Walgreen's for my RX's. I ate at Applebee's which is right next to Walgreens. I came home to discover my central air is not working again and it is 85 in here. I am going to put the 20 inch fan in the bedroom and tomorrow Andy will put the window unit in my bedroom again. I wish I could solve the problems without relying on Andy so much.

I should have put this in Chit Chat. Hopefully his band mate will come on the weekend and check it out. I am waiting to put on PJ bottoms as it is hot. Jeanie :)

Sunshine, you already knew swimming has benefits for MS, but now you have research to reassure you.

I hope they come and get the central A/C fixed soon Jeannie. That is very hot, and I am afraid it will be hard for you to sleep without the window unit tonight.

:) I did sleep some with the fan on. Andy came this AM and put the room AC in the bedroom window. He also mowed the yard. His friend may come this evening or tomorrow. It is warm so I am wearing cotton. Jeanie :)

I just wonder how exercise made this BDNF change.

Oh wow! Maybe family can put an Endless Pool into your barn. They’re small and generate a current you can swim against. And you can heat it :)
