Does anyone know anything about humidifiers?
This is the second year my dentist has strongly recommended a humidifier. Last year I gave up on the idea as another costly item I didn't have room for but this year he was more persuasive, pointing out that some of them are only about $20 and are really quite small.
I've looked at an assortment of them on Amazon, and all of them seem to spray a mist into the air--some do cool mist, some do warm mist, some do both.
I last had a humidifier back around 1978, and it was a large clunky thing on wheels that needed considerable maintenance. I'm relieved to see how much simpler and smaller they are now but I'm not sure I want mist sprayed into the air.
So my question is--how noticeable is the mist?
