It is always a huge problem to try cutting fraud....and it makes me so angry when I see that fraud in disability claims. However the fraud of, for example, $600 toilet seats for military airplanes and fraud in business concerns related to government is so enormous that the focus of where to look first for fraud tells more than any of the argument.Linda~~~~
