Really good advice there. I find that decluttering is always helpful, and like to think that reading and games are helping as well.

I certainly find the reading good. Exercise is good advice, but I wonder about the treadmill in the picture and just how much a person who is physically disabled can use one of those. However, I am sure there are all kinds of disability that go with MS and not all MS people have a problem doing a treadmill.

Treadmill?? I went back and took a closer look, and yes, that is a treadmill in the picture. I'm very ignorant when it comes to treadmills because I've never been on one. There were some in the PT places I've been to but no PT ever suggested that I get on it.

I don't think I'd have lasted very long on it.

Chris ~ Thank you for posting this.

While I do not have MS, as a Senior with RA and a few things on my mind each day, I found that these recommendations applied to me. Actually, the suggestions would be beneficial to anyone. Our world is hurry up, get it done, here's a list of stuff you have to do and the time you have to do it, etc. Organization and taking care of ourselves, mind and body (and spirit), are truly important for a balanced and manageable life.

I've never tried to use Jim's treadmill, and he barely used it. It just takes up room in the garage. But I can walk a mile around my neighborhood in the fresh air and sunshine. I give abundant thanks for this blessing.

Sending healing energy to all ~

          Love & Light,
