(from Forbes) About Coronavirus stimulus check(s)

Looks as if you need to have filed a 2018 or 2019 tax return to receive the promised stimulus check(s)--"What the 2020 Coronavirus Stimulus Checks Might Look Like" from Forbes (March 19):

Thank you for sharing this information.

What about people, who don't make enough money to file an income tax return, or who were unemployed in 2018, or who are are disabled, on SSI/SSA, Social Security? I would think that those people need the stimulus check the most.

I'm sure our Senators are still getting paid. They need to pass these bills to help their constituents. Actually, we're they're employers. We must never forget that they are Public Servants, and they work for us, because we put them in their jobs.

Prayers for all that everyone receives a stimulus check.

    Love & Light,

    Rose

That's not at all clear yet, Rose, and I'm keeping an eye on it because I'm in that category, as are others here.

I'd be quite happy to be able to pay down the debt on my credit card with some unexpected income. On the other hand, my rent will go up, and sometimes changes in income mean that I come out with less income than formerly, but I won't complain about any free money that comes along.

Yeah I am definitely in the not getting a check category unless they count a home heating credit claim as filing lol
