I've been diagnosed with occipital neuralgia. This neurological disorder is very painful. Anyone else out there have this? If so what are you doing to help yourself? Doctor just gives medication and if that doesn't work, gives me new medication. I would like to hear from other people of how you manage this debilitating pain.
