I have come upon something very interesting. I have been working my way off of my meds. Titrating off of the Celexa and nortriptyline. I was forced cold turkey off of Klonopin which at the six week mark has been horrible. I even went to the ER but they couldn't help me because it is a controlled substance. I have found that I am not the only one who has been having trouble with benzos. I will tell you right now don't take benzos for any length of time. And SSRIs are a scam. Based on an old model which is flawed. The pharmaceutical companies have been pushing them for years. They don't work. It's the placebo effect.

I've had some bad experiences with drugs that do things to your head. I stay away from them. I know that there are some that are amazingly helpful for some people. For me, though, with the MS and aging, I think I should be ultra-cautious.
