      wow, someone sneaked in here while I was off hunting down ghost or maybe even Random Thought!

      Jillian, You sure are smart!! I thought all that "STUFF" in 2 rooms of my house was full of junk and kept telling Mr. Jo I was going to see if I could donate all the "stuff" to a place that needed more "STUFF"!

      Well, he wasn't too keen on that idea, especially since he piddled on most of them now and again. Well, I am not smart at all, can't make head nor tails from it all. Now he has built himself an electronic shop in the back yard, cut my garage in half just about, but alas, no new car that was promised, YET!!

      I degress, he built his first computer eons ago, but didn't make sense to me then, still don't.

      Now, thanks to you, you intelligent person, I at least know what to call all that "STUFF", THE THING!

      Maybe you can start from scratch and tell me in 10 words or less how "THE THING" works?

      Welcome to Brain Talk. Most people here know what they are doing, but lil old me just bumble's around. Any help I can get will be appreciated.

          Sorry, had to post this...could not resist after seeing the thread title :)
          L sided headaches since Fall 2005. Stopped in 2010, only to restart w/greater intensity in November 2012 with additional symptoms of nausea, clumsiness/balance issues, poor appetite, and difficulty hearing out "plugged" left ear. Headache pattern: occurs in AM and upon changes in body position. OTC meds do not help.

          Previous surgeries: 2008 total L Parotidectomy, secondary to benign tumor, 2011 gastric bypass, 2012 hysterectomy due to benign mass on ovary. (Kept 1 ovary)

              hey alex ...l think my brain left town with your brain. if you find yours how about drag mine back with yours. maybe 2 halfs can maybe make a whole. then you can help me learn how to work this strange thing Mr.Jo gave me for Christmas.

                Alesis I know now where I can find help! lol

                I have a greatgrandaughter. will soon be 2 years old. Smart as a whip. If she doesn't already know how to use a computer she will soon.

                I loved the little smart kids. THEY sure do know how to use a computer.
