Kat maybe you should take him off of your POA and put your helpful daughter on. Empty the account, take the most important things to you and put them in storage. I think your daughter and you could probably spend a day collecting those things and stashing them while he is at work.

Kat,assisted living sounds like an excellent plan. you deserve to have some peace & make new friends. if this gal is content with a married man that can't actually HAVE any real relationship......there's something wrong with her wouldn't you say?
