the 2012 - 2013 season is starting

I have been to quite a few Packer game when I lived 50+ miles from Green Bay. I even was to a game during snow. It is the best way to see the game. I would record the game with the VCR then relive the experience the next day. (((Hummm, I just found out if I press Ctrl & click on the B in the formatting box I can do all my typing in Bold, Kewl))) I don't have to highlight the text first. I guess this is the new thing I learned today!!!!!!!! Or I can press ctrl and press B. Errrrr, two things I have discovered today.

Looks like tonight's game is going to be interesting. Two NFC rivals. I hope they both lose....... I was being nasty, I know one has to win.......

well not sure who to root for tonight. we play the Lion's on Sunday. but then I'm still just so happy the Jets won yesterday! I watch so many games on Sunday I find myself confused when I wake up Monday morning.

at least I did manage to cook a roast for dinner I try to keep track of the scores. irritates me I have to go stand right in front of the TV to read the bottom scores running across. well if that's my biggest gripe guess I'm doing OK eh?

Try going to nfl.com, the scores are displayed on the top of the screen. On my computer I can hold down the CRTL key then tap the + sign and the text gets bigger.

I knew the Lion's would be painful to watch. in fact I turned to another channel. my son told me the channel for Thursday night games (NFL).

couldn't get the Packer's game here,however did keep track of the scores. it was a good football day! my biggest gripe right now are the commentator's. sometimes they say the wrong thing & I get more confused than I already am. oh well.

I didn't get to watch the game either, but for a minute or so, when the network switched over after the Redskins game. My sister from Michigan called me during the 3rd quarter and talked me through it. I was watching the nfl website and getting the plays a couple of minutes after she told me what was happening. On 11-18th the Packers are @ Detroit at noon and then on 11-25th they play the Giants away on Sunday @ 7:30 pm, I'll get that one. Val will call and we'll 'watch' it together.

[B]didn't watch much of last nights game. my housemate has a friend who's a big Packer's fan also! not many in this area I assure you.

I finally know why I was confused over Trufant guys! there are 3 brother's. and all will play in Seattle this weekend! one is a Hawk,one is a Jet & youngest plays for local university. the parent's wear special jersey's half Seahawks/half Jets.

we seem to only get one NFL channel,my son gets everything but he pays for it. housemate pays for golf channel instead-go figure.

I just saw a dog with a Seahawks coat. it's cold here now so maybe time to go shopping for my little doggie? hehe.

neither of my sons played sports. however youngest son was very much into Tae Kwan Do (my spelling might not be right either!) he actually won a silver medal in Anahiem,CA one year. he was 14 @ the time so many years ago! my ex still teaches it far as I know.

I watch a lot of football, and my two most favorite teams are the Green Bay Packers, and any other team that plays "Da Bears" I made a t-shirt once that had on it, (Packer helmet) The Good; (Bear helmet), The Bad; (Viking helmet), The Ugly. There was nothing in that title to include the Lions tho'. Go figger, eh?

Jan! Just seeing and now remembering you're a Packers fan like me. GO PACK!! Haha I too am a fan of any team that beats 'da Bears! Totally. I'm originally from Pittsburgh and have been known to cheer for the Steelers. NOT when they play the Packers tho!!
